FELIDAE TCG
First Litter · FL0 · 110 cards

Make your cats happy.

FELIDAE is a trading card game born from an obvious idea: our cats deserve a fairy-tale world of their own. Every illustration starts from a photograph of a real cat — beginning with Zoé, our mascot.

The 100% feline, 100% heartfelt card game

Simple enough for children, beautiful enough for collectors.

No combat, no hit points: in FELIDAE you win by making your cats happy. A gentle system you grasp in two minutes and master over ten games.

System

A goal that changes everything

100 happiness points, held for 3 turns. You never destroy your opponent: you pamper your own cats — and complicate life for theirs.

Pace

The die sets the tempo

Each round the game master rolls the die: 1, 2 or 3 cats to make happy. No two games unfold the same way.

Object

Real print finishes

Gloss, holographic, textures, gold effects, special borders: rarity is visible before you even read the card.

How a game runs

Five steps, and you are playing.

Two players minimum, a paper or bubble-gum board depending on your pack, a 50-card deck each. Expect 20 to 40 minutes for two.

  1. 01

    The die is rolled

The game master, chosen or drawn at random, rolls the die. The result sets how many cats must be made happy: one, two or three.

  2. 02

    Cats hit the table

Each player draws 5 cards on the first turn, then one per turn. Until the required cats are in play you cannot act — but your opponents already can act on your cats.

  3. 03

    Terrains, objects and rivals

A Terrain changes the location for 5 turns. Objects and Actions apply their effects. The Rival sticks a paw in. Once used, these cards go to the graveyard.

  4. 04

    Happiness rises… or falls

A cat down to 0 points goes inactive for 3 turns before recovering its base happiness. Some Objects make it immune to negative effects.

  5. 05

Hold 100 points for 3 turns

The game ends when all of a player's cats reach 100 happiness points — and hold them for three full turns.

Five card types

Every card has a part to play in the litter.

Feline

Your charges

The cats you must make happy. They carry their base happiness and their talents.

Terrain

The setting

Changes the location for 5 turns and applies an effect to everyone.

Object

The little extra

A targeted positive effect: extra happiness, or protection from negative effects.

Action

The played move

Positive and negative effects alike, to speed up your climb or slow theirs.

Rival

The spoiler

The troublemaker who sticks a paw in at the worst possible moment.

Rarity ladder — First Litter edition

Rarity is not just a letter in the corner: it means a different print treatment, cumulative from one tier to the next.

Common C · 46 Gloss finish
Uncommon U · 30 Gloss + holographic
Rare R · 22 Gloss + holographic + textures
Legendary L · 8 + gold effects and special border
Mythic M · 4 The full treatment, shortest print run
Behind the scenes

Real cats, a real studio.

The cats in the illustrations exist: they belong to our families, our friends, and creators who opened their photo albums to us — starting with Zoé, our mascot.

The fairy-tale settings and the layout are produced with Felidae Studio, the tool we built ourselves: element placement, dimensions, bleed areas and effects, card by card.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most.

What age can play?

The rules work from age 7: roll a die, place cats, watch a counter climb. The collecting side speaks mostly to adults.

How many cards in a deck?

Fifty cards per player, all types combined. The First Litter edition contains 110 different cards.

When will my order arrive?

Production starts as soon as the campaign closes. Shipments are tracked from your account, along with your invoices.

Can my cat become a card?

That is the plan. Future editions will include cats submitted by the community — create an account to be told first.

Will there be a digital version?

Yes, and your FELIDAE account will be the same on both sides: purchases, collection and decks carry over.
